Problems with Exporting Image Resized

I'm having some problems making web items with CD X4. I create an object the size I want, 960 x 150 px, lay everything up the way I want and then
File > Publish to Web > Web Image Optimizer and the optimizer has a split screen and lists the original as 838 x 130 px.

What shrunk it? I want it full size.

This is what my X4 shows even though the shape I have selected is 150px x 960px?

If you switch to "Wireframe" View you may see something hidden (invisible) on the page.

Nope. Start new page, draw a rectangle size it to 960mm x 150mm and then hit publish to the web/web image optimizer shows a different "orig" each time you start a new page and go thru the steps again. Maybe "orig" doesn't mean he same as what you have selected?

What I really need is to make some web graphics to exact sizes. Maybe there is a better way to do that? I need a banner 960px by 159px. I'm guessing CD is capable of that. I'm all eyes and ears so if you have a solution, please share.

Do you have a large, thick outline? If so, remove it or convert it to an object and rescale.
