Designer Tech suite 12 reactivation

Hello,

just new to the forum. I had a Designer Tech Suite acquired for me in my Company and I've been through several changes of my work PC, the latest yesterday. Now I'm not able to activate the product and when trying to contact the support via phone, an answering machine from UK told me that phone support is no longer available. When I tried the chat, nobody actually answered me. Any ideas how can I get through to tech support in order to be able to use my product??
