Need help with Contour Cutting.

Hello I set up my contour cut on corel draw X4, But when I send it to my roland to print and cut, I only get about 90%-95% cut around and the cut is not center to the object which was only a circle for test print and cut.

Can someone please help me.?

Have you set up a margin in Versaworks?

if it is not cutting accurately you probably need to adjust your cutting settings

Thanks for getting back yo me..
I have color choice for my roland. So you think it's in the roland program and not Corel?

Yes probably the printer or the RIP. A cutcontour is a simple thing and if it surrounds the object properly it will cut properly

Try creating a separate cut layer. This layer would have the cut line as an outline and be in a contrasting color to the print image with a value of 100% of that color. So if the print image is black, make the cut line 100% cyan. That is how I accomplish contour cutting a printed image on vinyl. Hope this helps.
