Corel Draw X4 under windows 10 no menus showing

This I understand is a common fault - no menus visible on Windows 10. Not a problem under Win7, 8 or 8.1.

The suggested solution is the Update for CDX4 version 2, BUT this causes Win 10 Metro to stop working making Win 10 unusable. I tried this twice and had to do a system roll back.

Any suggestions?
