PLEASE HELP: Windows 10 - deinstalling CorelDraw Graphics Suite X4 - problem with Windows

Hi Corel Team, hi everybody,

I installed CorelDraw Graphics Suite X4 (CGS X4) on Windows 7 a few years ago.

When I upgraded to Windows 10 it was impossible to start CorelDraw X4 (error #24). The message box says that I should reinstall CorelGraphics Suite X4.

And so I first deinstalled CGS X4 successfully. When I tried to re-install CGS X4 I got the error message that the program is not compatible with Windows 10.

So I searched the Internet about this problem and found out that I should buy a new version of CGS. And so I did - I bought the CGS X7.

I think I needn't mention that this is not very customer friendly...

Anyway - the problems are the following:

Since I de-installed CGS X4 my Windows 10 (which was completely up-to-date) is damaged:

* I cannot open the start-menu.

* The edge Internet explorer is crashing immediately after starting it

* I cannot get the context menu of the program items in the task bar

* the task manager is completely crashed

I tried to fix my Windows with sfc, dism, ... unfortunately nothing worked.

What else can I do? Please help!

Best regards,

Thomas
