Anyone know of a key & mouse click combo to remove a fill? i.e. shift click, or alt click? example would be to hover the mouse over an object and key+mouse click to remove the fill of that object.

In X7 it just deletes the object.
Why wouldn't you just select the object and click the no fill well.
Being right handed I would find the Shift+Del combo awkward.
Working on a check list that I can just click on and off...it's complicated.
create a new Style on the Text&Graphics Styles docker (Ctrl+F5) without fill, then assign a shortcut (such as Ctrl+1)
