Pasting in select locations

check this out. Works for me in X4. I use a macro before this one that saves what I have selected to a predetermined cdr file. Then I can go to anywhere and run this macro, click mouse and bam!

Ok the first thing sounds like it would do what I'm wanting but the second is basically just duplicating. So there is no way of doing it without an outside program?
