Rickyv Try Finding some Info on adding Transparency to a file. YouTube maybe a good place to look, also use the Help on the menu bar.

I understand I would have to add a transparency to the flag, but how about the flag picture adjusting to the shape of a fist. How can that be done? Thanks.

It is created using a bump map and applying some transparency. You would need to do this in PhotoPaint.

This was done using a photoshop tutorial inside of PhotoPaint...

So I recommend simply searching for PhotoShop tutorials of using a bump (displacement) map and follow along in PP.
