Macro to change image path

Hi,

I want to make a macro which changes the current JPEG image path with new JPEG image path from one of my folder.

example:

There is one image in my application as one.jpeg with macro code i want to change this image with two.jpeg from folder.

Am working an idcard generator where first i get data from excel with print merge then with the id find image from folder and replace the new image.

An any easy way to do this let me know.

I suppose that you aready are working with linked images instead to import the JPG. If you import the image, it was stored on the file so there's no way to replace it. If it was a linked image I believe it's possible to replace it with a macro instead manually.
There're some macros that could do something similar

Monstermerge is an excellent solution for variable imaging for X4! Also, ecut has some cool tools too. Both are commercial products, but are well tested and ready to go.
