yeah, PS' tool is MUCH better. I use the Touch Up tool for really only two
things: cleaning up bad JPG artifacting on JPGs I'm given to use, or if I'm
wanting to remove some noise in the background of a photo. I've not really
found a use for it otherwise because it does blur things too much.
