I want to change the size of 100 small ovals to a circle is there a way to change them all at once instead of each one by them selfs??

You are likely in Coreldraw if you say you have 100's... ;-)
Only in coreldraw, with a macro as found in woxxom tools that can repeat transformations, or with dizzy shaping that swaps positions of shapes.
