This way seems good to achieve water effect. I hope you like.
All 100% made in Corel Draw. Except the seagulls, which are trimmed images.

 

With such purpose you can create a beautiful beach

    Your inspiring technique is very helpful not only for beginners in CorelDRAW, would be a pitty to let it dust in the deep forums!
