Vector image to launch from coreldraw to photoshop

to expand on what Adrian is saying, if you create your vector in Draw, copy
it to the clipboard. Then in Photopaint, in a new (or existing) file, choose
the Text tool and click once like you were going to start typing. Instead,
hit ctrl-v to paste the vector object into the text object.

Doing this will keep the object as a vector. You can resize it all you want
and it will re-render itself to the new size. HOWEVER, you cannot edit it in
Photopaint. If you need to re-edit that vector, you must go back to Draw,
re-edit, then bring it back in to Photopaint. Yes, it's a bit of a pain, but
it does help you get some nice imagery into PP.
