I need some help. I'm trying to print a document that has colour in it and when it comes out of the printer it prints in black and white. I'm not sure what the issue is or what I am missing. Can anyone help?
My printer is Canon iR-ADV C5030/5035 UFR II if that helps at all.
Thanks,
When you print, out of Corel Graphics Suite, first check the printer settings to see if you have inadvertently set the printer to use only black, causing color items to be printed in shades of black (gray tones).
I do change the colour settings to colour. I'm just printing directly from Coreldraw x5 however.
When the print dialog appears, click on the Preferences (see above) and then that will take you to the printer driver options. In there, check to see if you are printing in color or only with black.
yes i do switch this to color
In the Print dialog, Color tab, there's a dropdown list for "Output colors as:". Make sure it's not set to Grayscale.
