I know I am able to transform and object by typing feet (') and inches(") ex. 5' 6" but is it possible to display both? I know I can get it to display feet or inches but it always completes with a decimal. Is there a work around for this?
is it that you want to work in a ach. scale all the time? And have it show up in the "general" dimension box ?
or just to show up in a box somewhere that you could just see it?

I just want to see it. If I'm working in someone else's file I need to see the decimals in case the file is not the right size but started from scratch I typically will at most work around 1/16". If I can work and fractions and see that the dimension is what I need instead of looking at a decimal and have to double check the size on my decimal chart that would just be convenient not necessary. I wouldn't want something to round for me though. I'd hate to have 5.54 and have it round up to 5' 9/16" knowing that the shape is wrong. I don't think I thought about the negative possibility of this. I think I'm expecting to much of the program.
