Hello all . First post with you - thank you in advance for any help you can offer.
I have no idea why or how but my Corel x5 has come up with a message box saying I have a pirate copy and they have frozen certain functions within Corel itself. My copy is legit. I have face booked Corel Learning who emailed me instructions on sorting it. Renaming the file with ' old ' at the end . Empting the recycle bin. restarting and holding down F8 when I launch Corel. This is not working . I am still getting the message to say its counterfeit and when it opens still has the frozen functions. I am not getting the option to reset factory settings.
I only bought this directly from Corel 2 years ago and they have today told me that it is no longer supported and can help no further.
