Create vector outline jigzag symetrical curve not manually

The easiest way is probably to created duplicates and the trick is to do it right.

Create one arc.
Make sure you have Snap to Objects and Show Snap Location Marks enabled (Options > Workspace > Snap to Objects).
With the Pick tool, grab the arc at one end node, move the arc sideways until it snaps to the other end node. The snap location mark will guide you right.
At the same time, while moving the arc, click the right mouse button to create a copy.
Without deselecting the copy, use either Ctrl+D repeatedly to create more copies, or Ctrl+R to repeat the copy operation.
Take ten seconds once you get used to it.
