fonts are not necessarily specific to any software. SignLab is the only program I've ever encountered that has it's own version of fonts. It can use ttf fonts but also has vef and some others. Any ttf or otf fonts can be copied to the windows/fonts directory for use in any/all other programs.

I installed the fonts from the disk. They are on my HDD, but none one of them are in Control pnalle/font. I have open them one by one and click install. Is there another way around?

you can use FontNavigator (included with CorelDRAW suite). Open the program, go to File menu and choose "find fonts". You can search your entire disk, the first time could take several minutes, but after this you will see all fonts, installed (at the right side) or not (at the left side). You can install just dragging the font, or choose with the seconday mouse button "install fint" (and same for uninstall when you no longer need this font). Remember that is not good to install too much fonts, because your system will be lower and you could have problems.
