Setting up photo to print on vinyl banner

I am trying to take photo, remove the background and print to pdf to send to local printer to have printed on vinyl banner. When they open it up they tell that the photo is made up of gradient lines instead of a solid photo. I am doing an edit bitmap and going through photopaint to cut out the background in image lab. How can I accomplish this so that when the printer opens up the image it is a solid image  and not an of gradient lines?? Is it an issue of how it is being saved maybe??

  • That could be relative to the settings that you choose when publish to PDF. For example, if you use PDF X/3 or compatibility with an older version of Acrobat, the image will be split on several parts (anyway, it should be printed correctly). If you choose "compatibility with Acrobat 9" that should be fixed. It's an issue of Adobe Acrobat, añlready solved on the newest versions
