I know I am able to transform and object by typing feet (') and inches(") ex. 5' 6" but is it possible to display both? I know I can get it to display feet or inches but it always completes with a decimal. Is there a work around for this?
Hello ruckstande; I'm not answering your question because I DON'T know, but I think the decimal sys. works better for drawing. I keep a decimal chart near by. ( it is easier to convert to other systems, and not as hard to deal with numbers like 64's ) A long time ago I hated the decimal's but it doesn't take long to get used to.

Hi.
Maybe a tiny macro with small form that stays open to display feet and inches of the current selection. Inches would have to be in decimal like: 5 feet 6.2 inches.
To make it a little more conplex you may be able to make the macro recognize certain values like .25 to read 1/4.

Naw. Even if it saves a second or so it's worth it.
I use this macro to replace my transformation docker. It's actually one of my personal favorites! In effect you could set it to feet and use the transformation docker in inches.
