Color Mgmnt : Converting CMYK to Pantone...help! :)

Select a color in the logo, assuming it's a fill, go to the Uniform fill
dialog box (Shift + F11), choose the Palettes tab, select the little
down arrow where it says CMYK palette and choose Spot/Pantone/Previous
Version/Solid Coated and it will automatically choose the closest match
for that color, hit the OK button. Repeat for other fills and outlines
as needed.

The Pantone colors that convert from your CMYK design wil be dependent upon you color management settings.  If you have the CorelDRAW X5 default color management settings they will be very close to other professional applications.
