I hope that I am not alone who bothers mad "plastic" black menu ribbon. Can we somehow change the lighter? Maybe when the new version ...? If it's about the baloon, you can change it with other or create your own splash screen
The menu bar?

Had to fire up DRAW to get a look.
Doesn't bother me...
