Illegal copy?

I have bought a digital copy of CorelDraw X6 on September and registered my copy.
Today I got a notification when I started CorelDraw that notified me of having a pirate/illegal copy
and it switched to viewer mode...

What can I do to resolve this?

Did you buy it from Corel's own store, or from somewhere else?

I bought it from Corel's website via Cleverbridge.

Then most probably you have an illegal copy. Sorry.

If that is the case, then call Corel right away and talk to them. Corel Customer Service will proabably see your reciept. I will try to bring someones attention to this one as well. http://www.corel.com/en-eu/customer-service/?hptrack=mmsup

I got the digital copy from Corel's website... how come it's illegal?
Anyway, I'll contact Customer Service. Can I send them an email or do I have to call them?
