I want to export magazine i have created to PDF, but i cant seem to find a way to export in such a way that the facing sides are on the same page when opened on any reader by default. (With cover page and back pages on single page)

The PDF is made with individual pages always, since it's what all impositioon programs needs. If you want to see facing pages on Acrobat, go to View menu / Page Display / Two-Up
You have to lay out your document that way or use an imposition program

You can download and use a utility I have used for a million years for this. I get the request to have Reader or Acrobat display this way once in a while.

The tab you want to modify the setting is this one:
And will make Reader and Acrobat (dunno about other readers/editors) display the PDF like this upon opening:
This view setting is still changeable in the PDF viewer. Just make sure that for print you send as single pages...though this application only changes the viewing metadata and does not interfere with imposition, a service bureau would likely be confused if they simply open the PDF.
