CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X6 X6 illegal copy

X6 illegal copy

I have a disk and I and all of a sudden, I am getting an illegal copy message?!? I am confused?!? When I get into my Corel.com account, I have X6 registered. I tried to uninstall and re-install but then it tells me that the key is already registered. What is happening?!?!? The chat guy disconnected me in the middle of my chat, and no one answers the phone?

I have the same problem with CorelCAD2014... Chat guy just disconnects then closes then won't reopen, and my cases are just ignored... Something is seriously broken inside Corel and they refer us to support to fix it, and support don't have any idea what they are doing :( I wonder what is going on?

Hello jcimpress; If you bought the program from someplace like eBay it is probably a bad copy and you should try to get your money back.

Hi TheSignGuy,

In fairness, I experienced the same issues with support yesterday, still haven't had by case addressed ( more than 12 hours ) since I attempted to re-open it, and I got my registration codes and the software from Corel directly. Something is possibly broken inside Corel support at the moment and I guess we need to wait until it's fixed -

Usually they are pretty good - just at the moment they are a little "service challenged". ;)
