tool bar missing...

I've installed CorelDraw X6 and am using Windows 10. (totally new to me and many growing pains) When I open the software, I do not see the toolbar that has file, open, window, tools, help....on it. It only lists "view." I'm needing to open the "window" option. Why isn't it there and where did it go? Can someone help me find it or fix it?

can you right click at the top and choose "menu bar"?

yes, and the menu bar is checked. doing some further reading, i found this is an error with the new windows 10 and X6. one person said they selected "high contrast," option, it turned her menu toolbar black and she was then able to see the white title options on the bar. for some reason the titles are in white in this version of windows and you have to change the color of the toolbox to be able to see them. still not sure how to do that and haven't found the "high contrast" option yet either.
