Problem importing .eps files in X6

Hi, I'm having a Problem importing .eps files in X6 recently, getting a message that theres  a problem reading the files, it doesnt happen every time but when it does, I can use a different pc with another licenced version of x6, same updates etc and it seems to work.

any advice?
