Odd behavior of PDF Import

Hello there.

We created CDR, that contains a circle and a very bold line and looks as follows

Then we published it as PDF, opened it in Adobe Acrobat and it looks as follows, which is pretty much what is expected:

Then we imported that PDF inside another CDR document and that's when it gets weird. I understand that it wants to keep objects as it is so that we can continue editing. But it cuts the line, which is very weird. Second CDR looks like that:

And on top of that, if we publish that second CDR to PDF we get pretty different result comparing to the first PDF (notice the corners):

If we do the same stuff in Adobe Illustrator both PDF look the same. And even if we import the first PDF created by CorelDraw into Illustrator, we get proper results. Moreover, importing that Corel created PDF into Illustrator does not cut the line or the circle.

Also manually converting that line to object before exporting to PDF does help and it imports properly. But real life cases are that there're just too many of those lines and there's a nice chance that one of them will not get converted.

Is there a special setting that prevents that behavior? We'd be happy with either importing lines as objects and cutting it as in PDF or not cutting the line.
