Perfcutcontour

Thanks - I have done all of that, but what I want to do is leave small gaps in the cut line so that the vinyl inserts can be separated from the waste material after the print and cut is complete, so am left with a roll with inserts still attached at 4 corner points.

Thanks for that - I worked out the problem in the end! What I really wanted was PerfCutContour, but it didn't seem to work between CorelDraw and my Roland SC545-EX. It appears something gets lost in translation between a .pdf from Corel and the Roland. I finally saved the file as an .eps and bingo - PerfCutContour worked - the Roland interpreted PerfcutContour as CutContour when seeing a .pdf - very strange, but you pointed me in the right direction / train of thought - thanks!

If you have a bitmap in your design Versaworks will not recognise the CutContour and you have to use EPS. Try PDF with just vectors.
