I'm working on a poem for a plaque. After i spell check the text in the paragraph i am working on the spell checker auto capitalizes the y in your in the middle of the sentence! i have checked every setting i can think of and i have come up empty. i can change it back to lower case, and its fine. its just annoying. Any help would be appreciated!
Go to: EDIT > FIND AND REPLACE > REPLACE TEXT. Type texts into boxes (Find/Replace with) and click on "Replace all", or only "Replace" if you do not need change all words.
See example below:
Or, invert choise: from (find for) Your and (replace for) your.
It's not in the standard dictionary for either UK or US English, but could have been accidentally included as an addition.
You can check the dictionary -- tools > options > workspace > text > quickcorrect, select the correct language in the dropdown and then look in that word list at the bottom to see if an accidental Your has been addded on the "with" side of the text.
What Silvio mentioned should work for you. Auto-capitalization would be great when sometimes you need to add the upper cases in some instances of writing something. If you're working with AOL email you can get help by calling AOL Customer Service. To find how you can do it in that. I recently had to mail some of my articles for the guest post to various websites and Blogs.
