Can someone look at this tutorial and tell me the keystrokes that are being used to duplicate the rectangles? It is at about the 22 second mark. I have the first rectangle...+ key to get the first rectangle copy..hold control key down and grab the center of the copied rectangle to below the first one then.....I'm stuck.

1. create rectangle
2. make copy by "+" key on numeric pad
3. move copy of object to dequired position (CTRL + mouse drag)
4. with selected copy CTRL +D
(tested on X5)
