Can Coreldraw Home & Student X6 change jpeg files to bmp files?

I have purchased a laser machine and need to change jpeg files into bmp files.  Is that possible with this program?  If so how do I do it?

If not, which program is better to use?  Coreldraw 12, 13 or X4?  I am a self taught Corel program user and want to choose one that is close to what I have so that I don't have to reteach myself.

    I don't know if the Home & Student version can convert from JPG to BMP, but I would be surprised if it couldn't.
    In fact I think you can find free converters for that specific purpose, but then you don't get Draw and all the other stuff of course.
