Color Not Showing Up in Separations

So the top version is the file that is saved and i'm trying to output it. It let me do the Magenta but the PMS 877 doesn't even show up to output. So I copy and paste the whole image into a separate untitled document and it shows right up to output. This is happening constantly. Any ideas?
