X6, Windows 10.
I have always used the function keys a lot particularly F2, F3, F9 but they are assigned to windows functions on my new pc is there any way to reassign them via Draw or is it a registry hack?
When I got a new laptop the first thing I did was switch the function key functions. :) The way to do this varies with the laptop manufacturer. For my HP laptop I had to enter BIOS and change the setting from Multimedia Key to Function Key. It was quick and painless.
Some laptops have a function lock key combo that changes the behavior of the F keys. Others (like Dell, I think) can be changed in the Ease of Access settings (Windows Key+x). Here's an article on How to Geek.com about it:

To reassign function keys is a registry hack, but there are utilities than can help with this. Note that if the issue is the above, you won't need to hack anything.
