I just created an animated gif with 14 frames. I set frames 3, 6, 9, 12 and 14 to have a delay of 2000 but they flash past as quick as the others that are set to 200.
What am I missing?
Are you adjusting the movie frame duration from here?

No I'm not - where or how do you get that window from? Are you using X6?
I was using the frame dedlay settings at the point where you save as a gif file. So it looks like I am missing the extra settings.....but I can't see where to turn this on.
In PP x6 go to windows/dockers/movie
