The top bar with Close, maximise & minimise on my PhotoPaint x 6 has disappeared!

The top bar on my PhotoPaint x 6 has disappeared!
I can no longer see the bar that says Corel PhotoPaint x 6 (64bit) top left & has the red cross & maximise & minimise buttons top right
...the top bar i see is now the black bar with File, edit, etc

Pete, I do not have X6, but I read this sometimes in the forum (keyword: menu bar). One thing that you could try is to reset the software to factory settings by re-starting it and pressing F8 while it launches. This will also reset your personal workspace back to factory settings.

You probably pressed the Backspace key by accident. Pressing the Backspace key in PPX6 and previous versions maximizes the work area. Press Backspace again to go back to normal-sized work area.
