Just upgraded to Windows 10 and noticed that while the padding of the windows on apps has been eliminated/made transparent, it seems to have got thicker for windows within Paint. Maybe the extra-thick padding (8 pixels) is now obvious. Anyhow, is it possible to modify the thickness of the window border?
