I've asked for this for 5 years. That usually means it is time the request is filled. ;)Feature...The ability to embed a bitmap snapped from a video that is playable in a PDF.
This is really not that over the top. Even if it were only capable of working with youtube that would be fine. Ask Google to sponsor the development in that case.
Not only do I want the feature I want to be deep in the discussion about this. ;)

You can do it in Acrobat Pro.
Years ago we used to embed a video of the CEO in Annual Reports, whoever was looking at the PDF could click on the Poster Image of the CEO and he would deliver his state of the nation speech right off the page. Pretty Cool for the day!
