Train the users at your end to understand what overprints are. Overprinting is very specific and better in many cases than multiply mode, since overprints are not rasterized - they are literally overprinted at full resolution.

1 and 2 - You're right, if multiple similar objects are selected, the propierty bar should allows to change all at the same time, but it change for different options instead the individual options. Same for most options, for example, you can't resample several bitmaps at the same time. It will be useful to allows to select multiple bitmap and change resolution at once

3 - A docker for Color styles is necessary, but maybe it's good to have a fast menu, similar to the Fill (that allows to use a docker or a simple floating windows)

4 - The simplest way is to use Find&Replace, but it only works on the current page. There should be an option for the entire document

5 - F3 or Alt+F7 / Alt+F8

6 - Edit / Find & Replace / replace object / Replace color mode / all colors to CMYK

7 - with Edit / Find & Replace you can find specific objects or attribute, such as "only objects with red hailine outline". Not sure what you mean with "Bitmap wise"

10) NOT! No, no and no. Overprint works as should be and it's one of the most important features for professional printing. If somebody doesn't know about overprint, that's not means that we should remove this option. It's a VERY important option, and even it's a very important feature to simulate overprint. Transparency with Multiply is not the same, and it's not good to change a fill attribute with a lens. It's a basic feature that is present on all programs, and it's specially important for PDF. Removing this feature will turn CorelDRAW almost useless for printing output since all professional programs use this option.
If somebody use a wrong setting (such as add overprint to a white color) the program will show an error message on the print dialog.
Remember that most of the PDF are managed on Acrobat. You can select all overprinted object, change overprint mode, etc. If CorelDRAW doesn't send objects as overprinted, Acrobat and their plugings (such as Pitstop) couldn't detect the overprint, then it will become almost useless. There's no exist an option for global manage "objects with Multiply transparency" as overprinted objects. I believe you should read more aboout the overprint.
