Pick tool - rotate method (feature)

if you observe my illustration, only the area where move icon is present there only the rotation is present, the extent handles are not changed. They act normally. My only request is that while in rotate mode, the inner area where the object is occupied should present the rotate, should that it is much easier then going to the extreme ends and rotate. The center is skew is by default okay. I had not changed at all.

Noooooooooooo sir. Free transform rotation allows to rotate as per the pointer placement. My wish is different. it should be rotated in place only. Despite of going to the extreme ends, it should be allowed to rotate as and when the pointer is placed inside the element when double clicked. Here by default when double clicked move icon is presenting, as the corel developers gave imporatance to move. My request is that rotation is also as important as move. Hence consider to place the rotation in place of move icon while in rotation mode.
