CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X7 Premium Membership - Activation

Premium Membership - Activation

Hello,

I am a new user of CorelDraw X7 and have a query regarding Premium Membership. My Membership and subscription account shows me as a Premium member but have problems to download or view any premium contents in corelDraw Community or CorelDraw Connect. (attached Image below for reference)

Image below shows as an standard member, a bit confused,

Can somebody please figure out a solution to this, as a premium member I have downloaded the Update3 today and successfully installed them.

Can you go to Help>About CorelDRAW and verify that you're using the same serial number, and sign in email/password credentials for both the online account and in the applications?

Dear Mr. Tony,
I did see the Help>About corelDRAW window and noticed that, THIS COPY IS REGISTERED TO: (my user name), Source ID: XXXXX (Five numeric digits), is the right setting or missing something here. I cannot see the serial no., except for the soucrce id.
Email/passwords are the same for both application and online account, but I have registered a different email account for corelDRAW Community I guess this should be fine.
I think theres a goof-up in registering the product, if so kindly let me know what steps I've to take to get the account working.

Ashfaq, can you try / check following things:

Can you please make sure your Windows Temp folder is empty.

Can you also check that the serial number in the application is the same as the one in your my account web page? (we've seen that before)

Second, can you please sign-out of CorelDRAW, reboot your computer and then sign back in, with the same username as the one you used to log into the web site.

If all of this fails, I will need to get more details from you. Send me an email through this site, and I will confirm from my Corel email address what for information I need (so that you know who I am).

My apologies Mr. Gerard for replying to this mail so late, was not at my home town for few days, I've tried all the steps mentioned in your mail and was unsuccessful as requested, my mail ID: [DELETED BY ADMIN]. Awaiting for your reply.
