Having subscribed to Premium Membership and having bought an Extended Warranty, I am not sure what point there is to buying the Extended Warranty.
That I can find there is no ability to use it or make contact with Corel as a result of having bought the Extended Warranty.
My question would be Why buy the Extended Warranty when it provides no method of contacting Corel support?
I have tried phoning but that did not work. Listened to music and recorded messages and eventually Corel terminated the call without connecting me to a person.
The website contact only allows you to contact support within 30 days or if you pay extra for support.
Why then did I buy the Extended Warranty? It appears to serve no purpose.
Maybe someone can clarify what the purpose of the Extended Warranty and how it can be used
