Has anyone used ConceptShare? or a similar service?

I've searched on this. Heck, I've asked this before with no responses.

Is anyone using ConceptShare? is there a discount/free model for being a Corel User?

Anyone using a similar program?

Hi Mike,
All I can offer you is my personal thinking on what you are asking. I would never upload any type of work to a third party Google kind of operation, makes NO business sense. Business is private and the ability to "share" files with clients is private and readily available in hosting packages. In servers that use Parallels (plesk) it's a built in feature of the control panel. It's an old feature and I am almost sure all web servers provide that. Keep it private. My 2 cents. Don' t try to save a dollar and loose the farm.

Privacy is a concern. As with authentication. I need to know who is approving what. I don't intend to share file via just some random dropbox anyone can access. For the most part, we email a PDF right now, but I would like something that would track comments and past proofs we've sent. I don't see how plesk would do that for me, it looks more like an FTP, which wouldn't work for my customers either.

Hi Mike,
PDF can do all you want now. In Acrobat Pro, I use v9, I can add notes to a pdf and/or add form fields for a client to respond by typing into my fields.

Password protected contact form with upload and questions OR Simple php system on your website.

Many ways to skin this cat.

They can't add notes if they don't have pro. I suppose I could add them someway in pro after we make a proof, they could fill them out and email back the file (good luck with that).

I suppose I'm just trying to find out what others are using before I go create a new cat to skin. :)
