pdf's produced by Corel Draw X7 do not print the layers correctly. i.e. if I turn off the layers in the pdf so they are no longer visible, they still print on the printer. This is a new problem with Corel X7.
If you want to stop a layer from printing, it is the print icon that you need to turn off, not the visiblity icon. The two work separately.
Doing it like that, it worked correctly in the simple test I just did. But if you think you have a non-confidential example where it does not work, it would be useful to upload it for testing -- using rich text reply and look for the insert media icon (up to 512K), or somewhere like dropbox and paste a link here.
As far as I can see, the current (ie X7.4) behaviour is the intended behaviour and is the same as most earlier versions, including X6.4.
If X7 prior to X7.4 did something diffferent to the above, then I would say that was an unintended behaviour which has now been fixed.
But if X7.4 is doing something different to the above, or if it only exhibits the problem when the PDF is imported into some other program, then we need a simple example CDR file that demonstrates the problem.
