Issue xporting multiple pages as a pdf - please help!

Hi Harry, you're right it is the home and student version. The presets dropdown appears and I'm choosing document distribution and I also have the publish to PDF function but no way to choose settings or multiple pages. Even if I don't click on current page only it still only exports the page I'm viewing- so frustrated I might punch myself in the face!

What you are experiencing is a workflow issue that is a result of the limited feature set in Home&Student.

At some point you have likely performed an export to PDF choosing the option in the default export dialog to 'export this page only'. Once this action was performed you have effectively locked in the option to export single pages.

There is a workaround. You can modify the PDF.ini Here are the details:

You should navigate to the place where Draw keeps the settings for PDF export:
the file is always called CorelPDF.ini;
on my system it is in "C:\Users\<name>\AppData\Roaming\Corel\CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X7\Config", your location will be slightly different depending on the OS, user name and app version;
you can edit this file by searching for string "ExportRange=", and set the number following "=" to 0;

Here is what the numbers mean (and their UI labels):

"ExportRange=0" export "Current document" (the default);
"ExportRange=1" export "Documents";
"ExportRange=2" export "Current Page";
"ExportRange=3" export "Pages";
"ExportRange=4" export "Selection";

You should reset the range value to 0 and that should be it.

I would recommend not using the 'export this page only' option for any future PDF exports as you will lock in the single page export again.

Have the same problem... found the CorelPDF.ini file. Quite a lot of headings so I copied & sorted all the heading in a Word document BUT no "ExportRange". Can someone please assist?

That worked brilliantly for me, thank you, saved my life!
I am also having a problem with exporting a large poster, Corel is only publishing a tiny bit of it rather than the whole picture, even after I reset the export range to '0'. Any ideas?
