CD X7 - Cannot set up pressure settings for my Wacom tablet.

I have a Wacom Intuos 3 and I am using CD X7 (totally up to date) and I have not used my tablet for awhile. I just got a new computer with Windows 10 so I downloaded the new Wacom driver.

However, when I go to Tools > Options > Global > Pen Settings, and I try to set the pressure sensitivity, nothing happens. The pen does not make marks in the box. The pen does work in CorelDraw but there is no pressure sensitivity.

Can anyone help?

A so called stupid suggestion, but have you restarted CorelDRAW after the wacom driver install?

I have no problems with Win10/CGS X7 / Intuos 3, so it can work!

What happens if you got to Start/ All apps /Wacom / Tablet properties? Does the pen sensitivity work there?

Thanks for your responses Stefan and ajwh, I am late getting back to you because I did not receive an email saying there was a response to my post even though that was selected.

I was able to download an update for the Wacom since my posting. Previously, I did not realize that the latest driver for the Intuos Pro was the same driver for my Intuos 3. Since then, I have tried the Tablet properties and it shows pressure sensitivity. In Corel when I use the pen pressure it now shows the line and the pressure and the Save is no longer greyed out. But those lines do not remain on the screen in the square, they disappear as soon as I release the pen, is that the way it works?
