Locked out of Corel Designs

I am locked out of royalty free images "Designs" I can use my CorelDraw 7 and Corel Paintshop Ultimate x8  both are logged in, but when I try to use the same credentials to log into Corel Designs it tells me I am using the wrong credentials.  I have submitted a support ticket  over a month now and go no help to date. Help! Support Ticket # 3693211
