Locked out of Corel X7 in spite of volume licensing and ZERO response from technical support. DISGUSTED.

Last week we renewed four volume licenses with Corel. On Friday afternoon, one by one, my machines started to lock us out of functionality. Calls to tech support, customer service, and online chat were USELESS. I was told over and over I should just WAIT for an answer to my email!!! In the meantime, I cannot run my machines, and have now lost three days of production. Who pays for that???
