Nearest would be Relay Wide Bold OT font (commercial) can be found at fontshop.com with a few characters from another font. (Namely the 'K')
Correct. Governor is the font. Even the strange looking "K" is correct.
FWIW, I used Find My Font to find it in thirty seconds. Superior font matching app in my opinion.
