I am having a problem with the print preview and actual print not being the same. Appears to be leaving out layers. Some distortion as well. I am trying to print out CD labels on "Staples" CD & DVD Labels for inkjet printers.

I am having a problem with the print preview and actual print not being the same.  Appears to be leaving out layers.  Some distortion as well.  I am trying to print out CD labels on "Staples" CD & DVD Labels for inkjet printers.  I'd like to insert a picture of the problem here but no luck with the insert icon.
